These terms govern this website and any purchase billed by 8M Holdings Ltd. By using the site or paying us, you agree to them.

The company

8M Holdings Ltd. is a private holding company incorporated in Canada. We build and operate ventures; a product you buy may present its own terms at the point of purchase. Where it does, those terms govern that product and these terms fill any gaps.

Payments

We accept card payments, processed by Stripe, and Interac e‑Transfer at payments@8mholdings.ca. Amounts are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Charges appear on statements under the 8M Holdings name.

Refunds

Refunds follow the terms shown when you purchased. If no refund terms were shown, contact support@8mholdings.ca within 30 days of the charge and we’ll review it in good faith. Where a refund is issued, it goes back to the original payment method.

Use of this website

The content on this site is provided as-is, for information. You may not misrepresent an affiliation with 8M Holdings, interfere with the site’s operation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The 8M Holdings name, mark, and site content belong to 8M Holdings Ltd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to this site or a purchase billed by us is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.

Changes

If these terms change, we’ll update this page and the date above. Changes apply from the date they’re posted.
